Christina Merl has designed, implemented, and facilitated numerous projects in the field of 21st century skills, new work, cultural transformation, and intercultural communication. Her collaboration partners and clients work in the public and private sector as well as in academia. Most of Christina's projects have been carried out across industries, cultures, disciplines, and hierarchies. Her tool-supported 2CG® (content and context) method combines social collaborative learning in communities of practice with action research and ethnographic methods. Inspirational input from the arts serves as disruptive element in personal and cultural transformation processes.
