The current hype around innovation labs, 21st century skills, out-of-the-box ideas and poetry is overwhelming. I feel the urge to point out that "Poetry in Business" refers to 'practice' when talking about 'poetry'. Practice as in 'community of practice'. Practice as in 'doing'. Reciting poetry may be a nice and inspiring thing to do. However, it's the practice that will change the world, not the words nor the thoughts. Similarly, skills and competencies can only be developed in context. But that's another story..
