Bridging Continents and Minds: The Transformative Journey of the Poetry in Business Advent Calendar
With heartfelt gratitude, I close the chapter on a truly extraordinary project: this year's Poetry in Business Advent Calendar. Our intercultural journey unfolded daily throughout December. Participants, aged 21 to 80 and spanning three continents, contributed their unique perspectives, thereby demonstrating the transformative power of diversity.
The Poetry in Business Advent Calendar is a fully non-commercial calendar, based on the idea of cross-cultural storytelling. It provides participants with tailored content that ignites their passion, inspires critical thought, and enriches our shared humanity. In my role as facilitator, I once again enjoyed the immense potential that arises when a professionally facilitated, passionate community collaborates and leverages their power of imagination and collective wisdom.
The most rewarding aspects of this annual journey included
cooperating with Tshenolo Sebole and Kuben David from South Africa
nourishing a group of people with varying backgrounds
synthesising their ideas to generate new stories and individual solutions
empowering participants to connect with their creative power
