It's fun when scientists, business people, technicians and artists explore new pathways together. When I facilitate such "cross-cultural" workshops, I do not always "check" what's going on in breakout rooms. I trust that people are willing to collaborate and capable of coming up with unexpected and fruitful ideas - provided they know what's in it for them.
